Q. How can I change my account personal information and shipping address?
Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and shipping address here.
Q. I forgot the Password for my account! What should I do?
Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that you used to register for the account in the box.
A verification token will be sent to your email address. Once you have received the token, you will be able to reset password for your account. Phew!
Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes. BUT only if the order is still on pending status.
Once you have made sure that your order is pending, you can send us an email to our customer service staff at email@example.com with the message titled “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the order cancellation .
Remember, orders that are in shipping or shipped status CAN NOT be cancelled
Q. What is the products' transaction currency?
All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.
Q. How long does the delivery take?
We do not have ready stocks for most designs. Thus, we need atleast 7 to 10 working days for the whole process. Delivery usually takes about one or two days.
