Q. Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
Yes. BUT only if the order is still on pending status.
Once you have made sure that your order is pending, you can send us an email to our customer service staff at firstname.lastname@example.org with the message titled “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the order cancellation .
Remember, orders that are in shipping or shipped status CAN NOT be cancelled

We do not have ready stocks for most designs. Thus, we need atleast 7 to 10 working days for the whole process. Delivery usually takes about one or two days.
